| dc.description.abstract | The present work presents a case study on the rural-urban relationship in Cametá, state of Pará, in a neighborhood called Cinturão verde. This has a particularity in relation to the definition of these spaces, provoking a conflict both with regard to the territorial planning process, as well as the implementation of policies and identity modification of the subjects involved. In this methodology, we carried out a survey and bibliographic analysis of the theme, then applied semi-structured interviews with the subjects involved, whether from the municipal government or residents of the neighborhood, in order to understand how the relationship and form-content of the rural-urban are expressed in the neighborhood in the present day, analyzing the reconfigurations of space throughout its trajectory of constitution. Theoretically, we worked with Endlich (2006), Abramovay (2000), Tavares (2009), Marques (2002), Rua (2006), Lefebvre (1969), Lomba and Junior (2013) among others that made it possible to transform this work into a tool to be used by the Public Power for the knowledge of the problems faced by the residents of this space. Thus, it was possible to verify that there is a difference in intensity in the implementation of services both in urban and rural areas, as the latter lacks actions regarding financing and infrastructure programs. We also saw that there is a concentration of services and public policies in more central areas. | dc.description.resumo | O presente trabalho traz um estudo de caso sobre a relação do rural-urbano em Cametá, estado do Pará, em um bairro chamado de Cinturão verde. Este possui uma particularidade em relação a definição desses espaços, provocando um conflito tanto no que diz respeito ao processo de planejamento territorial, quanto a implantação de políticas e modificação de identidade dos sujeitos envolvidos. Na metodologia deste, fizemos levantamento e análise bibliográfica do tema, depois aplicação de entrevistas semiestruturadas junto aos sujeitos envolvidos, seja do poder público municipal seja moradores do bairro com o intuito de entender como se expressam a relação e forma-conteúdo do rural-urbano no bairro nos dias atuais, analisando as reconfigurações do espaço ao longo da sua trajetória de constituição. Teoricamente trabalhamos com Endlich (2006), Abramovay (2000), Tavares (2009), Marques (2002), Rua (2006), Lefebvre (1969), Lomba e Junior (2013) entre outros que possibilitaram transformar assim o presente trabalho em uma ferramenta a ser utilizado pelo Poder Público para o conhecimento dos problemas enfrentados pelos moradores deste espaço. Assim, foi possível constatar que há uma diferença de intensidade na implantação de serviços tanto no espaço urbano como rural, pois este último carece de ações no que tange os programas de financiamento e infraestrutura. Vimos também que há uma concentração de serviços e políticas públicas em áreas mais centrais. Assim, o rural e o urbano, o campo e a cidade comportam relações dialéticas que se complementam, se interpenetram e se ligam. | |
