dc.description.abstractThe present work has as its object of study the analysis of data on the quantity of the main crimes that occurred in the municipality of Castanhal in the year (2023). Recorded by the 5th MILITARY POLICE BATTALION (5th BPM) headquartered in the city of Castanhal/PA. Thus, after collecting and processing the information, the statistical analysis began, processing a total of 8,200 records that occurred in the year 2023, subdivided into 07 types of infractions, during the period of 12 months; such as: Theft; Robbery; Fraud; Threat; Bodily harm; Insult and Drug trafficking. In this context, the crimes: Theft and Robbery, remained in (1st and 2nd) position, with 29.5% and 27.5% respectively of the total records in 2023. From a Geostatistical analysis, it was possible to identify areas with the highest crime incidence, such as the neighborhoods: "Centro and Jaderlândia. However, it was corroborated with the verification of the month of October, as the one with the highest crime frequency, and in this context, the week, in that month, with the highest number of records was extracted, and from the analysis, the days with the highest crime flow were identified. In addition, through a data overlap process, the times with the highest rates of illicit activities were measured. The results of these verifications are of utmost importance, for possible solutions in an elaborated strategic planning, in order to support local public security managers, in possible decision-making. From a comparative analysis between the years 2022 and 2023, There was a significant increase in illicit acts in (2023) with a total of: 8,200 records, surpassing the year (2022), which maintained a total value of: 7,752 records. With an increase of "448" records. Representing a variation rate of approximately: 5.8 %. However, the crimes of theft and robbery in (2023) continued to be the illicit acts with the highest rates, despite suffering a reduction in the context, general for this year. However, these same illicit acts, Theft and Robbery, showed a reduction in a general comparison, in relation to the year of (2022).
dc.description.resumoO presente trabalho tem como objeto de estudo, a análise dos dados sobre o quantitativo dos principais crimes ocorridos no município de Castanhal no ano de (2023). Registrados pelo 5° BATALHÃO DE POLÍCIA MILITAR (5° BPM) sediado na cidade de Castanhal/PA. Assim, após coleta e tratamento das informações, iniciou-se a análise estatística, processando um total de 8.200 registros ocorridos no ano de 2023, subdivididos em 07 modalidades de infrações, durante o período de 12 meses; tais como: Furto; Roubo; Estelionato; Ameaça; Lesão corporal; Injúria e Tráfico de drogas. Neste contexto, os ilícitos: Furto e Roubo, mantiveram-se ocupando a (1ª e 2ª) posição, com 29,5 % e 27,5 % respectivamente do total dos registros em 2023. A partir de uma análise Geoestatística, foi possível identificar, áreas de maior incidência criminal, como os bairros:" Centro e Jaderlândia. Contudo, corroborou-se com verificação do mês de outubro, como o de maior frequência criminal, e neste contexto, foi extraído a semana, no referido mês, com maior quantidade de registros, e a partir da análise, identificou-se os dias de maior fluxo criminal. Além disso, por processo de sobreposição de dados, foi aferido os horários de maiores índices de ilícitos. Os resultados destas verificações são de suma importância, para possíveis soluções em um planejamento-estratégico elaborado, a fim de subsidiar os gestores da segurança pública local, em possíveis tomada de decisão. A partir de uma análise comparativa entre os anos de 2022 e 2023, verificou-se um aumento expressivo de ilícitos em (2023) a um total de: 8.200 registros superando o ano (2022), que mantinha um valor total em: 7.752 registros. Com um acréscimo de " 448 " registros. Representando uma taxa de variação de aproximadamente: 5,8 %. No entanto, os crimes de furto e roubo em (2023) continuaram como os ilícitos de maiores índices, apesar de sofrerem redução no contexto, geral para este ano. Contudo, estes mesmos ilícitos, Furto e Roubo, apresentaram redução em um comparativo geral, em relação ao ano de (2022).
