dc.description.abstractThe present theme was selected from my concerns and observations about the contribution of music as an auxiliary tool in cognitive and psychomotor learning in early childhood education. Having questions: What is the contribution of music in early childhood education and what are its implications in the cognitive and psychomotor development of the students in this stage of education? From this fact I proposed this work that has as general objective: To analyze the contribution of music in the process of cognitive and psychomotor development of the students in children's education and by specifics: To analyze the theoretical conceptions regarding the importance of music in this stage of teaching and to discuss how much the historicity and insertion of music in the Brazilian educational context. Where I tried to use the bibliographic research that guides and gives the necessary theoretical support to the whole research process, considering that this work is based solely and specifically on the theoretical analyzes resulting from the bibliographic research. As a theoretical reference the research was used by Romanelli (2009), Silva (2010), Brito (2003), Rosa (1990) among other authors. The main findings of this research are that music in early childhood education is a fundamental component of the school curriculum and essential to the cognitive, psychomotor and socio-cultural development of learners.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoA presente temática foi selecionada a partir de minhas inquietações e observações quanto a contribuição da música como uma ferramenta auxiliar na aprendizagem cognitiva e psicomotora na educação infantil. Tendo por questionamentos: Qual a contribuição da música na educação infantil e quais suas implicações no desenvolvimento cognitivo e psicomotor dos educandos nessa etapa de ensino? A partir desse fato propus este trabalho que tem como objetivo geral: Analisar a contribuição da música no processo de desenvolvimento cognitivo e psicomotor dos educandos na educação infantil e por específicos: Analisar as concepções teóricas relativas a importância da música nessa etapa de ensino e discutir quanto a historicidade e inserção da música no contexto educacional brasileiro. Onde busquei me utilizar da pesquisa bibliográfica que norteia e dá o suporte teórico necessário à todo o processo de investigação, tendo em vista que este trabalho se fundamenta única e especificamente nas análises teóricas decorrentes da pesquisa bibliográfica. Como referencial teórico a pesquisa se utilizou de Romanelli (2009), Silva (2010), Brito (2003), Rosa (1990) entre outros autores. Sendo que os principais achados desta investigação apontam que a música na educação infantil é um componente fundamental no currículo escolar e imprescindível ao desenvolvimento cognitivo, psicomotor e também sociocultural dos educandos.pt_BR
