dc.description.abstractThis research discusses the theme of informational practices, a field of study of users of Information Science. This work is guided by the following question: "are there scientific productions that discuss the theme of informational practices in Archival Science?". Aligned to the research problem, the general objective of this research was to carry out a bibliographic survey of scientific productions on informational practices in the Brazilian archival context and the specific objectives are to identify the researches that address the theme of informational practices in Archival Science, to analyze the trends and thematic recurrences related to informational practices in academic productions thematic recurrences related to informational practices in academic productions and to characterize the main theories and concepts about informational practices found in the archival literature. It is justified by the need to map and identify possible gaps in the theoretical contributions of informational practices in the field of Archival Science, due to the great relevance that have for the area of user studies. To achieve the intended result, the methodology of Systematic Bibliographic Review was used, through search strings it was possible to collect data in the databases of the Portal of Journals of the Coordination of People of Higher Education, Referential Database of Journal Articles in Information Science, Scientific Electronic Library Online, Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations, Catalog of Theses and Dissertations of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel and on Google Scholar. As a result, the presence of scientific production on informational practices in Archival Science in the national literature, as well as the identification of the term “informational practices” in different research contexts beyond user studies. In conclusion, the studies of informational practices in Archival Science are aligned with the discussions of the post-custody current in the area, in addition, the studies of informational practices offer subsidies to think about the role of archives in society, especially in the access to information of invisible groups.
dc.description.resumoEsta pesquisa discute a temática práticas informacionais, campo de estudo de usuários da Ciência da Informação. Este trabalho se norteia no seguinte questionamento “existem produções científicas que discorrem sobre a temática de práticas informacionais na Arquivologia?”. Alinhado ao problema de pesquisa, o objetivo geral desta pesquisa foi realizar o levantamento bibliográfico das produções científicas sobre as práticas informacionais no contexto arquivístico brasileiro e os objetivos específicos são identificar as pesquisas que abordam a temática práticas informacionais na Arquivologia, analisar as tendências e recorrências temáticas relacionadas às práticas informacionais nas produções acadêmica e caracterizar as principais teorias e conceitos sobre as práticas informacionais encontrados na literatura arquivística. Justifica-se a partir da necessidade do mapeamento e identificação de possíveis lacunas existentes sobre as contribuições teóricas das práticas informacionais no âmbito da Arquivologia, devido à grande relevância que os estudos possuem para a área de estudos de usuários. Para atingir os resultados pretendidos, utilizou-se a metodologia de Revisão Bibliográfica Sistemática, por meio de strings de busca foi possível coletar os dados nas bases de dados do Portal de Periódicos da Coordenação de Pessoas do Ensino Superior, Base de Dados Referencial de Artigos de Periódicos em Ciência da Informação, Scientific Electronic Library Online, Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações, Catálogo de Teses e Dissertações da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior e no Google Acadêmico. Como resultado, identificou-se a presença de produção científica sobre práticas informacionais na Arquivologia na literatura nacional, bem como a identificação do termo “práticas informacionais” em diferentes contextos de pesquisas para além dos estudos de usuários. Em conclusão, os estudos de práticas informacionais na Arquivologia estão alinhados com as discussões da corrente pós custodial da área, além disso, os estudos de práticas informacionais oferecem subsídios para pensar no papel dos arquivos na sociedade, principalmente no acesso à informação de grupos invisibilizados.
