| dc.description.abstract | The general objective of this work was to analyze the role of the Guardianship Council in confronting violations of the rights of children and adolescents in Baião/Pará. As for the methodology, we adopted quanti-qualitative research as the study basis. Together with the bibliographical research, we defined as unit of empirical analysis for the procedures of data collection, five (5) Guardianship Councils. Five interviews were conducted using a semi-structured script. The results obtained indicate that, despite all the difficulties encountered in the proper functioning of the Guardianship Council, it has been fundamental in protecting the rights of children and adolescents in Baião, and has worked tirelessly to prevent and confront violations of the rights of this population. The importance of this topic lies in the fact that the violation of the rights of children and adolescents is a serious violation of human rights, and the Guardianship Council is one of the main institutions responsible for ensuring the protection and promotion of these rights. Therefore, understanding the role of the Guardianship Council in confronting violations of the rights of children and adolescents is essential for the improvement of public policies and the protection of children and adolescents. | |
| dc.description.resumo | O objetivo geral deste trabalho foi analisar o papel do Conselho Tutelar no enfrentamento das violações dos direitos da criança e do adolescente em Baião/Pará. Quanto à metodologia, adotamos como base de estudo a pesquisa quanti-qualitativa. Juntamente com as pesquisas bibliográficas, definimos como unidade de análise empírica para os procedimentos de coleta dos dados, cinco (5) Conselhos Tutelares. Onde foram realizadas 5 entrevistas, Tendo como auxílio um roteiro semiestruturado. Os resultados obtidos indicam que em que pese todas as dificuldades encontradas para o bom funcionamento do Conselho Tutelar, ele tem sido fundamental na proteção dos direitos da criança e do adolescente em Baião e tem trabalhado incansavelmente para prevenir e enfrentar as violações de direitos desta população. A importância deste tema reside no fato de que a violação dos direitos da criança e do adolescente é uma grave violação dos direitos humanos, e o Conselho Tutelar é uma das principais instituições responsáveis por garantir a proteção e promoção desses direitos. Portanto, a compreensão do papel do Conselho Tutelar no enfrentamento das violações de direitos da criança e do adolescente é essencial para a melhoria das políticas públicas e a proteção da infância e adolescência. | |
