| dc.description.abstract | The present Completion of Course Work presents some reflections about the actions of caring and educating in Early Childhood Education, and specifically in the work of daycare centers serving very small children. The reflections of this study subsidized with regard to a historical and legal retrospective of the resized actions the daycare center. From the various researches in the field it can be seen that there’s still a gap between theory and practice regarding work with children in collective spaces. In this sense, in what regulates official laws and documents, care and education must be worked together, however, in the nursery environment, the dichotomization and overlapping of these actions occur in most cases. The problematization of the work refers to the confused relationship between actions and a critique that has been related to the role played by the daycare centers historically, that they have been developing actions with based on welfare concepts, being offered, for the most part, the economically unfavorable population. According to Kramer (2011) in daycare there occurs a compensatory education in which’s a way to assist the poorer population, cognitive stimulation becomes a secondary need. The debate arises with the aim of overcoming the dichotomy between caring and educating, that daycare as an institution that enters the first stage of basic education promotes experiences that fully develop the child being. The objective of this study is to investigate the relationship of caring and educating in Early Childhood Education emphasizing the daycare trajectory in order to find the guiding actions of the work of these institutions. The specific objective’s: to present a retrospective of the historical and legal survey of the daycare center; raise the historical context of the consolidation of daycare in Brazil; discuss how legislation has been organized in daycare regulation; and finally bring the debate through authors about caring and educating in early childhood education. The methodology for the accomplishment of this work was based on a qualitative research and the type of research is Bibliographic Review, that is, for the realization of this reflection of the actions that guide the daycare centers, other works of authors that have already mentioned this subject were used. The result about the reflection has significant advances in pedagogical practices related to daycare, however, there’re some difficulties in which it’s possible to enable the joint work of actions, such as teacher training. This research is important for the exercise of reflection for the practice of professionals who work in collective spaces and who form children. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | O presente Trabalho de Curso apresenta algumas reflexões acerca das ações do cuidar e educar na Educação Infantil, e especificamente no trabalho das creches que atendem crianças bem pequenas. As reflexões desse estudo subsidiaram no que concerne a uma retrospectiva histórica e legal das ações redimensionadas a creche. Apesar, das várias pesquisas na área pode-se perceber que ainda há um distanciamento entre teoria e prática no que se refere ao trabalho com crianças nos espaços coletivos. Nesse sentido, no que regulamenta leis e documentos oficiais, o cuidar e o educar devem ser trabalhados em conjunto, no entanto, na ambiência da creche ocorrem, em maioria, a dicotomização e a sobreposição dessas ações. A problematização do trabalho se refere sobre a relação confusa entre as ações, e uma crítica que há em relação ao papel desenvolvido pelas creches historicamente, de que as mesmas vêm desenvolvendo ações com base em concepções assistencialistas, sendo oferecida, em sua maioria, a população economicamente desfavorável. De acordo com Kramer (2011) na creche ocorre uma educação compensatória em que é uma forma dar assistência à população mais pobre, nisso, o estímulo cognitivo torna-se uma necessidade secundária. O debate surge com intuito de superar a dicotomia entre cuidar e educar, que a creche enquanto uma instituição que adentra a primeira etapa da educação básica promova experiências que desenvolvam integralmente o ser criança. O objetivo do trabalho vem investigar relação do cuidar e educar na Educação Infantil enfatizando a trajetória das creches a fim de encontrar as ações norteadoras do trabalho dessas instituições. O objetivo geral é: discutir à luz de alguns autores o papel e o significado de cuidar e educar na creche a partir do contexto histórico e legal. Os objetivos específicos são: apresentar uma retrospectiva do levantamento histórico e legal da creche; levantar o contexto histórico da consolidação da creche no Brasil; discutir como a legislação se organizou na regulamentação da creche; e por fim trazer o debate através de autores sobre o cuidar e educar na educação infantil. A metodologia para a realização deste trabalho fundamentou-se em uma pesquisa qualitativa e o tipo de pesquisa é Revisão Bibliográfica, ou seja, para a realização desta reflexão das ações que norteiam as creches, foram utilizadas outras obras de autores que já mencionaram este tema. O resultado sobre a reflexão detém avanços significativos nas práticas pedagógicas voltadas à creche, no entanto, há algumas dificuldades no que se compete a viabilização do trabalho conjunto das ações, como por exemplo, a formação de professores. Por isso, esta pesquisa é importante para o exercício de reflexão para a prática de profissionais que atuam nos espaços coletivos e que formam crianças. | pt_BR |
