| dc.description.abstract | It analyzes the basic bibliographic collection of the course of Librarianship of the Federal University of Pará. The bibliography collection of the Course is allocated in the collection of the Central Library Clodoaldo Fernando Ribeiro Beckman. The general objective of this research is to evaluate the basic bibliographic collection of the Librarianship course to verify if all the titles indicated in the curricular curriculum of the course are in the collection of the Central Library. And as specificities of the general objective, it verifies if the basic bibliography of the UFPA library science is available in the library of the Central Library; calculates the number of copies of each available title for consultation / loan; identify and point out the flaws in the collection of the Central Library in relation to the Pedagogical Project of the Faculty of Library Science. The research has the exploratory character with quantitative / qualitative approach. In order to withdraw the research sample, the literature comparison method was used as a research tool, a method that consists of the construction of a standard list to examine the proportion in which the collection is found in the collection. The research has shown that the collection of the Central Library Course, presents a BOM result, since it has more than half of the titles indicated in the course curriculum of the course. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | Analisa a coleção bibliográfica básica do curso de Biblioteconomia da Universidade Federal do Pará. A coleção bibliográfica do Curso está alocada no acervo da Biblioteca Central Clodoaldo Fernando Ribeiro Beckman. O objetivo geral desta pesquisa é avaliar a coleção bibliográfica básica do curso de Biblioteconomia para averiguar se todos os títulos indicados na grade curricular do curso constam no acervo da Biblioteca Central. E como específicos, verificar se a bibliografia básica do Curso de Biblioteconomia da UFPA está disponível no acervo da Biblioteca Central; apurar o número de exemplares de cada título disponíveis para consulta/empréstimo; identificar e apontar as falhas no acervo da Biblioteca Central em relação ao Projeto Pedagógico da Faculdade de Biblioteconomia. A pesquisa tem o caráter exploratório com abordagem quanti/quali. Para se retirar a amostra desta pesquisa foi utilizado como instrumento de pesquisa o método cotejo de bibliografia, um método que consiste na construção de uma lista padrão para examinar em que proporção essa coleção se encontra no acervo. A presente pesquisa mostrou que o acervo da Biblioteca Central, apresenta um resultado BOM, pois ela tem mais da metade dos títulos indicados da grade curricular do curso. | pt_BR |
