| dc.description.abstract | Comprehension, reading and interpretation of texts, as well as writing control are essential processes for cognitive development. However, many children start higher Elementary School with worrying rates in terms of reading and writing. This interferes, consequently, in the teaching-learning process, since the minimum understanding and writing of a text is of paramount importance in the pedagogical context and contributes significantly to the student's academic success. In this way, this research moves in this problematic field, with the objective of promoting reflection on the challenges that the science teacher faces with students with delay in reading and writing, emphasizing the 6th year of Elementary School. Questioning and analyzing the teaching strategies and practices carried out by the teacher in facing this problem, mainly in the development of Science content. In this context, the research is the result of Supervised Internship II and is based on observations made in Science classes and on an interview with the teacher responsible for the 6th grade classes, which allowed highlighting difficulties faced daily in their classes. Therefore, it is clear that there are still serious problems with literacy, highlighting the need to apply methodological strategies to minimize the problem, as well as specific assessment devices that make it possible to circumvent the difficulties faced by students with reading and writing. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | A compreensão, leitura e interpretação de textos, assim como o controle da escrita se constituem em processos indispensáveis para o desenvolvimento cognitivo. Porém, muitas crianças iniciam o Ensino Fundamental maior com índices preocupantes no que se refere a leitura e a escrita. O que interfere, consequentemente, no processo de ensino-aprendizagem, pois, o mínimo de compreensão e escrita de um texto é de suma importância no contexto pedagógico e contribui significativamente para o sucesso escolar do aluno. Desta forma, esta pesquisa se movimenta neste campo problemático, com o objetivo de promover a reflexão sobre os desafios que o professor de ciências enfrenta com alunos com atraso em leitura e escrita, dando ênfase ao 6º ano do Ensino Fundamental. Questionando e analisando as estratégias e as práticas docentes realizadas pelo professor no enfrentamento desta problemática, principalmente no desenvolvimento dos conteúdos de Ciências. Nesse contexto, a pesquisa, é resultado do Estágio Supervisionado II e se baseia em observações realizadas nas aulas de Ciências e em uma entrevista realizada com a professora responsável pelas turmas do 6ºano, que permitiu destacar dificuldades enfrentadas diariamente em suas aulas. Portanto, é notório que ainda existem sérios problemas quanto à alfabetização, evidenciando a necessidade da aplicação de estratégias metodológicas para minimizar a problemática, assim como, dispositivos específicos de avaliação que possibilitem driblar as dificuldades enfrentadas pelos alunos com a leitura e a escrita. | pt_BR |
