| dc.description.abstract | The study was conducted using data collected from the meteorological tower of Caxiuanã National Forest, which is located in the lower river Anapú between the Tocantins and Xingu river, eastern Amazonia, in the municipalities of Melgaço and Portel, with the northern limits of 1o37'S / 51o19 'and 1o54'S W / 51 58'W and south boundaries of 2o15'S / 51o15'W and 2o15'S / 51o56'W. We analyzed the profiles of temperature and humidity in four heights, the data are hourly averages over a year, and were divided into two periods, one wet and one dry. The aim of this study was to evaluate the seasonal and hourly meteorological elements. The air temperature was higher in the dry season and during the afternoon over the course of the entire year. The relative humidity on the surface is greater than at the higher levels and in the rainy season was wetter and with smaller amplitudes in the dry period, and the afternoon was the time with higher humidity variations with large amplitudes. The simple linear regression curve obtained satisfactory result to estimate the temperature and relative humidity at surface level from data obtained above the canopy. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | O estudo foi realizado utilizando dados coletados da torre meteorológica da Floresta Nacional de Caxiuanã, que está situada na porção inferior do rio Anapú, entre os rios Tocantins e Xingu, Amazônia Oriental, nos municípios de Melgaço e Portel, com limites norte de 1o37'S / 51o19'W e 1o54'S / 51o 58'W e limites sul de 2o15'S / 51o15'W e 2o15'S / 51o56'W. Foram analisados os perfis de temperatura e umidade do ar em quatro alturas, os dados são medias horarias no decorrer de um ano, e foram divididos em dois períodos, um chuvoso e o outro seco. O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar as variações sazonais e horarias dos elementos meteorológicos. A temperatura do ar foi maior no período seco e durante a tarde no decorrer de todo o ano. A umidade relativa à superfície é maior do que nos níveis mais altos e no período chuvoso foi mais úmido e com menor amplitudes no período seco, e a tarde foi o horário com maiores variações umidades com grandes amplitudes. A curva de regressão linear simples obteve resultado satisfatório para estimativa da temperatura e umidade relativa do ar ao nível da superfície a partir de dados obtidos acima do dossel. | pt_BR |
