To do this, it addresses the historical issue of the Penal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code to introduce the assumption of what we intend to work on. Further on, it deals with the legal provision, whether at the international or national level, of the speed of the process. It also deals with the issue of violations of these legal provisions, through data obtained from official research bodies of the prison system itself and the consequences that come with these infractions.
