Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/8469The current essay focus on the development of a preliminary draft project of a Psychiatric Clinic located in Belém PA, grounded on the principles of the neuroscience applied to architecture to maximize the results of the activities developed inside the clinic aiming to improve psychiatric assistance. To reach this goal, this essay started with an analysis of the laws and complementary norms related to the development of psychosocial assistance centers, it then continues mapping the foundations and applications of neuroarchitecture and then presents three studies of three cases of psychiatric hospitals, one at an international level, another at a national level and a last one at a local level.
