The specific objectives include identifying anomalies in the studied facilities, determining which construction process stages contributed to these issues, analyzing underlying causes, and proposing effective remedial measures. The adopted methodology involved onsite inspections for data collection, with identification via visual inspection and photographic records. The collected materials were then organized into tables containing information on location, mechanism, origin, probable cause, and remediation strategies. Results showed that mold and mildew stains were the most frequent anomalies, likely due to the region’s environmental conditions. Project planning was identified as a primary source of construction issues, indicating a need for increased focus during the initial construction phase. Moisture emerged as the most common cause, often linked to sources such as rainwater, soil moisture, and pipeline leaks.
