Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/8853This study aims to analyze the legislative production of the ALEPA (Brazilian Legislative Assembly) on violence against women from 2003 to 2022. To this end, 52 bills related to the topic were examined, observing their temporal distribution, predominant thematic focuses, and the profile of the proposing parliamentarians.Theresultsindicatethat, although there are moments of greater legislative mobilization, proposals are still sporadic; these initiatives are often concentrated in a few parliamentarians and respond reactively to emergency situations, rather than result inginacontinuous, articulated, and structural agenda. Furthermore, it is clear that social in equality is evident in the profile of the proponents,with a predominance of white parliamentarians and low representation of Black and Indigenous people, raising questions about the scope of the policies formulated given the diversity of Pará's population.
