In the state of Pará, environmental, geographical, and socioeconomic factors may influence both the dynamics of human anti-rabies care and the epidemiological surveillance of the disease. In this context, the present study aimed to analyze the epidemiological profile of human anti-rabies care recorded in the state of Pará between 2014 and 2025. This ecological, descriptive, and retrospective study was based on secondary data obtained from the Ministry of Health's Anti-Rabies Treatment Notification Panel and the Notifiable Diseases Information System. The frequencies of anti-rabies care, incidence rates, types of exposure, animal species involved, and post-exposure prophylactic measures were analyzed. During the study period, 311,983 human anti-rabies care records were reported in Pará, representing the highest number among the states of Northern Brazil. A general decreasing trend in incidence rates was observed throughout the historical series, although annual fluctuations occurred. Bite injuries were the most frequent type of exposure (277,285 records), followed by scratches (50,692). Dogs accounted for the majority of anti-rabies care records (78.75%), followed by cats (14.24%). Among the prophylactic measures adopted, vaccination was the most frequent intervention, with an annual average of 5,850 records. An increase in notifications involving bats was also observed in 2018, coinciding with records of human rabies cases in the state. It is concluded that human anti-rabies care in Pará is predominantly associated with exposures involving domestic animals, although the participation of wild species reinforces the need for continuous surveillance. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening epidemiological surveillance, health education, and timely access to postexposure prophylaxis, particularly in areas facing geographical barriers to healthcare access.Acesso AbertoPerfil epidemiológicoRaiva humanaSaúde públicaSaúde ÚnicaVigilância epidemiológicaEpidemiological profileHuman rabiesPublic healthOne HealthEpidemiological surveillanceCNPQ::CIENCIAS BIOLOGICASDinâmica epidemiológica dos atendimentos antirrábicos humanos no estado do Pará, região norte do BrasilTrabalho de Curso - Graduação - MonografiaAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazil
