Its general objective is to present a mapping of library science students' use of libraries located on Campus I of the Federal University of Pará (UFPA), with the following specific objectives: to describe the socioeconomic profile of library science students; to identify the types of users based on frequency and knowledge of library resource use by students; to verify the frequency of use of products and services, describing the main ones used by students and their preference for libraries on the main campus. The research methodology was defined as basic in nature, exploratory and descriptive in type, with a qualitative-quantitative approach. It adopts field research as a method and accidental, accessibility, or non-probabilistic sampling, and applies a semi-structured online questionnaire as a data collection instrument. It used content analysis by inference and interpretation as a data analysis technique, with categorical and semantic analysis techniques, in addition to comparison parameters in real, potential, and non-user, and adopted graphs, tables, and copies of the responses as a way of presenting the data. The results show that the profile of library science students in 2024 was young brown women, attending night classes, considered actual and potential users, familiar with the Central Library, distanced from using their institute's library, and with little contact with other libraries. They have reasonable frequency of access to products and services, and some are unaware of the information resources available.
