The general objective is to discuss the aspects that involve the school environment and the teaching practices developed in early childhood education to work with children with ASD, aiming to provide a quality education that promotes the appreciation of diversity and the effective participation of children with autism in educational process. The methodology of bibliographical research was adopted, with a temporal cut in the period from 2017 to 2022, it was decided to investigate studies that dialogued with the research in question and that had as research object the process of school inclusion of children with ASD in classes regular. As a result, the research provides guidance and important information about ASD and the development of inclusive pedagogical practices, aiming to ensure the development and participation of these children in the school environment.
