Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/10006The preliminary cost estimate constitutes a fundamental stage in the planning of infrastructure works, especially in the Amazon, where logistical and construction conditions hinder the preparation of detailed budgets in the initial phases of projects. In this context, this work, developed under the EcoPontes Project, aimed to develop a methodology for regional cost estimation of concrete bridges, based on the analysis of data from public tenders conducted in the State of Pará. The methodology was based on the construction of a database composed of 71 public bids, totaling 167 concrete bridges executed between 2018 and 2024, from which a regional empirical index of R$ 8,968.06/m³ of concrete was determined. The index was applied to the case study of the Água Preta stream, located in the municipality of Goianésia do Pará, resulting in an estimated cost of R$ 654,796.18 for the implementation of the concrete bridge. The results demonstrated that the proposed methodology constitutes a simple tool, based on real data and suitable for design and pre-feasibility studies, allowing preliminary cost estimates compatible with the construction conditions of the Amazon region.
