Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/9388This study presents a formative and investigative narrative regarding the design and application of the card game Unorgânico as a didactic resource for teaching Organic Chemistry, with emphasis on organic functional groups and preparation for the Brazilian National High School Exam (ENEM), in the context of a popular preparatory course. The research aims to create and analyze, from a theoretical-practical perspective grounded in Inquiry-Based Learning, a didactic game for teaching Organic Chemistry. The study is based on the principles of Popular Education and Inquiry-Based Teaching and adopts a qualitative, narrative approach, supported by reflective records and observations of pedagogical practices developed at the Cursinho Popular Esperançar, linked to the Popular Education Center of UEPA, involving students from the metropolitan area of Belém. The results indicate that the use of the game promoted greater student engagement, investigative autonomy, and the articulation between chemical concepts and social contexts, contributing to more meaningful learning and to the critical development of students.
