The Institutional Teaching Initiation Scholarship Program - PIBID - was the main mediator of this work, where, for 18 months, we were able to carry out research focused on mathematics education in the final years of elementary school. The main aim of this course completion paper is to present games as an effective alternative for teaching mathematics. It also aims to summarize the three works chosen for this portfolio, presenting their summary, some results and where they were presented.
