Thus, it becomes increasingly important to understand the personal reasons and interface aspects that motivated this growth. The purpose of this article is to discover the impact that the rise of this platform had on the daily lives of people who use social networks in general. As a methodology, we carried out a literature review with articles published between 2020 and 2022, using the terms TikTok, Social Networks, Impact, Pandemic, Trends, Advertising as keywords.
