Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/8659The study deals with the challenges faced by the school library at EEEFM Dom Alberto Gaudêncio Ramos in the pedagogical dissemination of information on sexual violence to groups of young students. In order to present the context in which information on the prevention of sexual violence is disseminated to primary and secondary school students at the Dom Alberto Gaudêncio Ramos EEEFM, the following specific objectives were determined: a) to identify prevention actions relating to sexual violence at the Dom Alberto Gaudêncio Ramos EEEFM; and b) to verify the role of the school library in disseminating information on the prevention of sexual violence. From a methodological point of view, the research is exploratory, basic in nature and qualitative in approach. The instruments used to collect data were non-participant observation and the application of a semi-structured questionnaire to the school's management.
