Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/3220This article relates the psychopathy and the people that presents this personality disorder and how they are reintroduced to society through intermediations from correctional education. The objective of this analysis is to identify whether or not there are projects made specifically to the resocialization of the psychopaths based on the correctional education from Brazil and how these people are reintroduced to society. The methodology of this research was based on Bardin’s (1997) approach to content analysis. The data gathered from the research were 5 articles and they showed that there is a lack of researches about the correctional education as a rehabilitation method to low psychopathy levels in the society, evidencing the problem of Brazilian prisons as the overcapacity and structural and the influence of these people that are not categorized from the Hare scale of psychopathy inside the prisons.
