We developed this work based on empirical knowledge and field research using the dialectical method. The foundation that made us make the decision to address in the academic world the free fair of Cametá was the fact that we empirically observed the dynamics of fair owners and consumers after the 2001 fire. To achieve our objectives, we consult works of several authors all inserted in the historical context of social sciences, especially geography. Among them we can mention, SANTOS, (2015), TAMER, (1987), POMPEU, (2002), MOCBEL, (2003), Caldas and Oliveira, (2014).
