However, small producers suffer from scarcity and limitation of technological equipment in their crops. For an automation irrigation system to be implemented on a farm, there are several situations that must be taken into consideration. For example, the characteristics of the crop such as soil, climate, water resources, among other aspects that contribute to good agricultural production, therefore this makes it more expensive to implement any system in this scenario, in this context, the objective of this work was to develop a prototype of a low-cost irrigation system for family farming.
