This study aimed to identify the profile and risk factors associated with teenage pregnancy through data obtained from SINASC – DATASUS from 2012 to 2021, seeking to correlate such data with the number of premature births, low birth weight and mode of delivery. in the municipality of Altamira-PA, relating them to the maternal age range of 10 to 14 years (early adolescence) and 15 to 19 years (late adolescence). This is an epidemiological, ecological and descriptive study with a quantitative approach to secondary data. 25,302 live births were found in the municipality of Altamira-PA, of which 6,522 live births were from teenage mothers, in addition to being in a consensual union, with less than 8 years of education and being predominantly mixed-race and indigenous. Furthermore, it was observed that the number of prenatal consultations was lower among mothers of premature and low birth weight babies, as regards the type of birth, vaginal is in evidence.
