Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/4613The article discusses the use of geotechnologies within the management, planning process and especially in urban land regularization after the publication of federal law 13.465/2017 (REURB), which covers measures aimed at the incorporation of informal urban centers and the titling of their occupants. Another important point is related to the survey of cartographic data on the territorial reality of urban areas that allow the improvement of land use management and control through the performance of qualified diagnoses that complement the procedures promoted and required by current legislation. In this sense, we sought to demonstrate that Geotechnologies can directly assist in urban land regularization, being a vital support to instrumentalize and improve the way of managing informal and formal spaces, especially in small municipalities where territorial complexibilities are less latent.
