The choice of the theme was made because we understand that the pedagogical practices based on interdisciplinarity have been poorly explored. In view of the above, we have built as the central problem of this study: How interdisciplinarity builds itself as a pedagogical strategy for the potentializing development of teaching and learning between the disciplines of mathematics and education Physical? In this sense, in order to construct an answer to this problem, we developed as a general objective: to analyze the practice of interdisciplinarity between physical education and mathematics as a strategy to potentialize teaching and learning among Mathematics and physical education disciplines. This research was based on the concepts Fazenda (1995; 1997; 2010) about Interdisciplinarity, among others. We approached the feature of the action research defined by TRIPP (2005). Data collection was made at a school located in the municipality of Ananindeua, in a period of five weeks with 33 students of both sexes.
