Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/9296The present work presents a case study on the rural-urban relationship in Cametá, state of Pará, in a neighborhood called Cinturão verde. This has a particularity in relation to the definition of these spaces, provoking a conflict both with regard to the territorial planning process, as well as the implementation of policies and identity modification of the subjects involved. In this methodology, we carried out a survey and bibliographic analysis of the theme, then applied semi-structured interviews with the subjects involved, whether from the municipal government or residents of the neighborhood, in order to understand how the relationship and form-content of the rural-urban are expressed in the neighborhood in the present day, analyzing the reconfigurations of space throughout its trajectory of constitution. Theoretically, we worked with Endlich (2006), Abramovay (2000), Tavares (2009), Marques (2002), Rua (2006), Lefebvre (1969), Lomba and Junior (2013) among others that made it possible to transform this work into a tool to be used by the Public Power for the knowledge of the problems faced by the residents of this space. Thus, it was possible to verify that there is a difference in intensity in the implementation of services both in urban and rural areas, as the latter lacks actions regarding financing and infrastructure programs. We also saw that there is a concentration of services and public policies in more central areas.
