Acesso em:https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/8344The present work investigates the production and elaboration of a fantasy, horror and terror film aimed at children by the reflection about my direction process in the short film Luiz Miguel contra o Monstro do Pântano: Em busca do banheiro no fim do corredor. The work is lined in a dichotomy between the playful and the fear, accompanying the journey of a boy who needs to face a monster that torments him to get to go to the bathroom alone in the dawn. The research shows the aesthetic and narrative choices that build the atmosphere of the film, exploring my project conduction and decisions made to transmit the fear by the sensitive optics of a child.
