Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/3701This paper presents a research whose objective is to analyze the participation of the family in the process of schooling of adolescents in the final years of elementary school at the "Eduardo Angelim II" Municipal School of Elementary School in the community of Boa Esperança Municipality of Acará-PA. To achieve these objectives, authors approaching the theme were used as theoretical reference, as well as public institutional websites, field research, observations, questionnaires, with school managers, pedagogical staff, parents or guardians and students of Eduardo Angelim II school. The time frame of the research took place from October 2018 to November 2019 and made it possible to identify that the school needs to use strategies to motivate the family's participation in the children's educational process.
