Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/9645This paper presents the development of a mobile application pro totype aimed at mapping natural water-based tourist attractions in the state of Par´a, Brazil, by centralizing georeferenced information on beaches, rivers, streams, and waterfalls, both public and private, as a strategy to enhance re gional tourism. The study is based on the observation that the region holds an extensive hydrographic network and significant environmental diversity, whose visibility is limited by the scarcity and fragmentation of information about its attractions. The research is grounded in Software Engineering principles and User-Centered Design, encompassing requirements definition, system modeling, and interface prototyping.
