Its objective is to analyze the processes of R-existence of the Quilombola territories of Gibirié do São Lourenço and the traditional community Tauá, after the insertion of large projects installed in the Amazon. This work addresses their relevance and importance at the level of contribution to society, on both environmental and social impacts for the traditional communities surrounding the industrial complex, which are the main ones affected by the insertion of large projects such as Alubar, Alunorte and Albras in the municipality of Barcarena. To develop the work, methodological procedures were used, such as the theoretical survey and observations in the school environment carried out during the internship, which enabled the implementation of the activities and allowed the involvement of teaching practice in Geography classes. The work also highlights the transformations in the territory of the municipality of Barcarena, and how these transformations affected these traditional communities.
