Vaccination is clearly effective in preventing infection. Is this sense, it is beneficial to contanually evaluate vaccination coverage whwn monitoring vaccination programs. Objective: to describe vaccination coverage and the incidence of meningitis in the State of Pará from 2016 to 2021. To this end, it will be necessary to investigate the incidence of meningitis due to Haemophilus influenzae, Streptococcus pneumoniae. Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Neisseria meingitis and identify specific BCG, Pentavalent 10, Meningococcal C and Pneumococcal vaccionation coverage. Methodology: this is descriptive-analytical restrospective cohort study that used secondary data on vaccination coverage of BCG, Meningococcal C, pentavalente 10, pneumococcal vacines and meningitis incidence data. The data were extracted from tabnet and the information sytem of the national immnunization program(SNI-PNI), from 2016 to 2021. Results: inth state of pará, from 2016 to 2021, 2347 cases of confirmaed were confirmed, with viral meningitis had the highest number of records 662 ( 28,2%), the age group with the highest cases was between 20 and 39 years old 834(35%), males wewe the most affected 1378 records (58,43%). The highest incidence of Haemophilus influenzae, streptococcus pneumoniae, mycobacterium tuberculosis and neisseria meningitis during the study period was in metropolitan health region I.In relation to vaccination coverage in the state of pará, specific vaccination coverage rates for all vacines showed a downward trend in the period analyzed. Conclusion: it is inferred thar during the study period, in the state of pará there was a reduction in the vaccination coverage of specific immunological agentes for bacterial meningitis, not reaching the ministy of healths’s target. The mingitis incidence rate was higher in the metropolitan region of Belém.
