Based on a historical approach, the study contextualizes the formation of Indigenous lands in Brazil, highlighting the legal framework that guarantees the territorial rights of Indigenous peoples, especially since the 1988 Federal Constitution. Through the analysis of spatial data from the MapBiomas platform, examined at tenyear intervals from 1995 to 2024, it is verified that the Trincheira-Bacajá Indigenous Land is marked by intense external pressure, evidenced by the expansion of cattle ranching and illegal deforestation. Such practices compromise both environmental balance and the physical and cultural reproduction of the Indigenous peoples who live there. As a result, it was found that the area allocated to cattle ranching increased by 11,267.47% between 1995 and 2024, demonstrating that the territory is under significant external economic pressure.Acesso AbertoOcupação ilegal da terraPovos indígenasAmazônia-ConflitosIllegal land occupationIndigenous peoplesAmazon-ConflictsCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::GEOGRAFIA::GEOGRAFIA REGIONAL::ANALISE REGIONALConflitos socioambientais na terra indígena Trincheira-Bacajá(PA): uso, ocupação e pressões econômicasTrabalho de Curso - Graduação - MonografiaAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazil
