Performance indicators are quantifiable metrics used to evaluate the effectiveness of organizational operations across different areas, including maintenance management. This study explores the use of indicators such as Physical Availability, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), and Compliance with systematic and condition-based maintenance, emphasizing their application to fuel station equipment within a mining company. To accomplish this, a bibliographic review was conducted, and a methodology was developed using real data provided by the company, detailing each step of the adopted procedure. The results were presented through an interactive dashboard, allowing for dynamic analysis of performance indicators.
