Considering the continued growth of deforestation and burning in Marajo and Furos of Breves, which may lead to the disappearance of species found in the region, the objective of this study was to make a floristic survey of ferns and lycophytes occurring in the microregion of Furos of Breves, specifically in the municipality of Anajás, State of Pará. The collections took place from November 11 to 17, 2018, in the Laranjal and Mr Dozé Sites, in the Bom Jesus, Vitória and Açaituba Communities. The identification of the botanical material was carried out by a plant group specialist and the control material was deposited at the UFPA Campus Breves biodiversity laboratory. In the municipality of Anajás 60 species were registered, distributed in 31 genera and 19 families, of which two are lycophytes (Lycopodiaceae and Selaginellaceae). The fern families with the largest number of species were Pteridaceae (13 spp.), followed by Hymenophyllaceae and Dryopteridaceae (8 spp.), each. As for life forms, there was a variation, but the exclusively epiphyte species were dominant, with (30 spp.), followed by terrestrial, with 20 spp. The most species rich environment was the interior of the terra firme forest with a total of 27 species unique to this environment.
