Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/jspui/handle/prefix/2564The study was carried out from data balance for the present work as indicator of the performance of an aerator, to which it was sought to estimate parameters for the production process of metabolites by cultured microorganisms. The mass transfer process in the gas-liquid phases does not present a bioreactor for its analysis, since the solubility of the liquid and gaseous nutrients is an important and limiting factor for the cultures. A kinetic model for the growth of a Michaelis-Menten model cell was presented. In this case, it is important to control the solubility of gases in a liquid phase, using the aerated system through a feed tube which is injected into a body. An improved representation of the actual condition was obtained from a dynamic model with the appropriate bar code, which allowed the identification of the process. In order to test the performance of the model with different microorganisms, it was obtained with high accuracy the behavior of the production processes of metabolites, as well as to show the stability of the process for non-generating processes.
