Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/8777Through typological analysis, this study seeks to understand the provenance and organicity of documents, promoting effective management and facility access to archived cases, in accordance with the instruments that regulate the production, organization, and final disposition of documents. Objective: This study analyze the archives and documentary management instruments of the Judiciary Branch, formalized through regulations, in order to identify of archived documents, particularly in tax enforcement proceedings, with an emphasis on the final disposition phase (physical elimination), related to a document identification model as a methodological framework. Methodology: The research is characterized by a qualitative, descriptive, and basic, utilizing documentary and bibliographical review of legal and organizational aspects of the entity. A “document typology identification form” was used to guide both the research and data collection, as well as documents such as internal regulation, manual and other documents related to documentary and historical production (case records). Results: The results indicate that an document management policy efficient, based on typological analysis promotes better space management, financial savings, sustainability, and maintenance of the archival collection, in addition to facil itating the retrieval of records. The archival appraisal conducted by the Comissão Permanente de Avaliação Documental (CPAD) and their respective competencies guides the work, as they use the recommendations of the Programa Nacional de Gestão de Documentos e Memória do Poder Judiciário (Proname) to support in their work.
