We have as a research problem: Early Childhood Education for the Municipal Education Network of Castanhal-PA context of the COVID-19 Pandemic, did you recognize (attend to) the child as a subject of rights? The qualitative approach guides the investigation, characterized as a bibliographic research, supported by documentary research. The authors with whom we spoke about Early Childhood Education and children are: (SARMENTO, 2005, 2008; 2012; 2013; SANTANA, 2014; KRAMER, 2016; DIAS, 1999, LEAL, 2017); on Pandemic (LEITE, 2020; CAVALCANTE, 2020; WERNECK AND CARVALHO, 2020; SILVA et AL, 2020). Data collection instruments were Ordinances, Resolutions, Decrees, Lives, among others. The results revealed that the Early Childhood Education proposal planned by the Municipal Network of Castanhal, during the Covid-19 pandemic, distanced itself from the concept that recognizes the child as a subject of rights.
