Were generated cosine lters of 19, 30 and 40 points to be compared with the more recent lters in literature. The Generated lters are applied to the calculation of the electric eld generated by an in nite line current parallel to a homogeneous half - space. For the calculation of that eld, we nd an integral that has analytic solution and is possible what lter is closest to it.
