Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/9014This article presents the research carried out at Sítio Castelo, located in Vila de Beja in Abaetetuba- Pará, the objective of the present work is to understand the reason why they call it Sítio Castelo, since there are many versions about its emergence, in addition to demonstrating which changes occurred in the place, the historical events experienced by the residents and how all this was reflected in the daily lives of the residents.
