With this new practice in the daily life of a considerable portion of the population, physical activity practitioners can have a biofeedback of the response that their body gives to exercise, encouraging us to question in what ways this model of technology can help the user to monitor your physical activity? What are the impacts caused using smart watches in the daily lives of practitioners of physical activities? Therefore, the research sought to answer these guiding questions through bibliographic research, analyzing in detail some studies already carried out and selecting ten of them for the theoretical and expository basis of this article. Therefore, the study aims to verify how the technology of fitness trackers can help in the measurement of physiological signals during training, aiming to understand how the technology of smart watches works, identifying which biological signals the body indicates during physical activity and to investigate the biofeedback measured by smart watches during training.
