Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/8753This paper presents an experience report on the production, organization, and publication process of the e-book "I Teaching and Research Exhibition: Dissemination of Information on Emerging Themes of COP-30." This applied research, with a qualitative approach, aims to describe the editorial procedures applied to 16 information products developed in the "Dissemination of Information" (2023.4) course at the School of Library Science at the Federal University of Pará. The experience report covered the stages of the editorial workflow: contact with authors, content organization, definition of structure, and publication, as well as an analysis of the librarian's role in each phase of the process. The result was a standardized e-book with a consistent visual identity and interactive features.
