This occurs due a abnormal embriogenesis . This fetiform mass in the majority times presents axial skeleton, it`s your principal characteristic. Many times it is confused with teratoma, but the organized division of tissues in the FIF is enough for distinguiz them. Report a case of a patient with 19 days of life, masculine , with diagnosis of Fetus in fetu interned in Fundação Santa Casa de Misericórdia do Pará. (FSCMPA). It`s a case report. The data contained in this case had been gotten through anamnese, physical examination, analysis of the report and complementary examinations. The bibliographical references was contained of articles published in scientific magazines, being all gotten through the Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES), Bireme, Pubmed and in the site of research Google. RN masculine of 19 days been born in the maternity of the FSCMPA, the initial evaluation in the childbirth room was verified respiratory discomfort and abdominal distencion. Had been requested image examinations and the findings had been suggestive of Fetus in Fetu. Was realized surgery with retired of voluminous abdominal mass inside of which was encountered two masses with fetal aspect. The histopatologic examination of this masses showed axial skeleton presence and many tissues organized way, confirming the diagnosis of Fetus in Fetu. Accompaniment of the patient was not made.
