This project primarily focused on encouraging the inclusion of more women in the civil construction market through their professional qualification. In this context, the participation of 20 women stands out, of whom 13 successfully completed the program. The project was carried out in three stages: project presentation, mini-courses, technical visits, and finally, the closing ceremony with the awarding of certificates. The project activities provided both theoretical and practical knowledge of construction techniques, encouraging participants to pursue courses in technology fields related to civil engineering. Additionally, it promoted awareness of the sustainable use of resources utilized and generated throughout various construction-related activities.
