The solution was created to meet the needs of a local company and aims to overcome failures in operating systems and limitations of traditional networks, such as Wi-Fi and Ethernet, which can be unstable in certain environments, preventing accurate notifications of successful order prints. The system uses independent communication, ensuring reliability and autonomy for real-time notifications. The applied methodology included a literature review on LoRa and the Internet of Things (IoT), as well as the development and testing of a functional prototype using LoRa SX1278 modules and ESP32 microcontrollers. Tests were conducted in both controlled and operational environments, demonstrating that the system is effective in communicating print notifications. The results show that 100% of the data sent during tests was received, confirming that LoRa technology is a viable alternative for commercial automation applications, with potential for expansion to other sectors requiring reliable remote communication.
