Thus, the general objective of this research was to analyze the digital literacy of students in the Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy at the Federal University of Pará (UFPA), Bragança Campus, Faculty of Education (FACED). The research adopted a qualitative approach, with field research conducted using a semi-structured questionnaire using a previously defined guide, based on the research objectives, with seven students from the Bragança Campus. Data analysis was conducted using Bardin's (2016) theory of content analysis. The results reveal that students' perspectives on digital literacy guide the contributions of using these technologies as facilitators in the teaching and learning process. The pedagogical use of digital technologies in initial teacher training reveals students' formative experiences from the perspective of digital literacy. Teaching practices for digital literacy indicate that higher education teachers are important for the process of mediating and managing digital tools.
