The Paulo Fonteles Settlement, located in the District of Mosqueiro, Municipality of Belém, State of Pará, reflects historical dynamics of agrarian conflicts, territorial disputes, and struggles for socio-territorial rights. This article analyzes, from a socio-political perspective, the obstacles and advances in land tenure regularization within the settlement, highlighting its relationship with public policies, social movements, land conflicts, and socioeconomic transformations in the Amazonian rural context.
