Acesso em:.http://bdm.ufpa.br/jspui/handle/prefix/1742This study aimed to analyze the influence of land use and occupation at the Ji-Paraná’s sub-basin along with the climatology and monthly distribution of precipitation. We used data from the pluviometric stations of the National Water Agency - ANA, with the total of 14 stations. Furthermore, we used data from TerraClass project which is inserted in the Deforestation Monitoring Program in the Amazon Legal - PRODES, for the years 2008, 2010, and 2012; and images from the satellite Landsat 5 and 7. For precipitation analysis, we used the Inverse Distance Weighting - IDW on Arcgis 10.2.1 software. The TerraClass data were analyzed through the landscape metric technique in the extension tool of the Vector-based Landscape Analysis Tools Extension-V-LATE 2.0 beta, and we calculated Normalized Difference Vegetation Index -NDVI. The distribution of precipitation near the region of the river mouth of the Ji-Paraná presented the highest average values of precipitation, unlike the region close to its source, which obtained the lowest precipitation values. The rain gauge stations that have greater variability of precipitation in the sub-basin were the stations Tabajara and Vista Alegre, where the Tabajara station is closer to the region of greatest influence of higher precipitation values. On the other hand, the Seringal 70 and Rolim de Moura stations had lower precipitation values along the sub-basin. The monthly precipitation variability characterized the wet period between the months of December to April and dry period from May to August. For the metric analysis of the landscape, the theme class that stood out was the secondary vegetation, getting higher percentage of numbers of fragments for the years 2008, 2010, and 2012, whereas the average ratio of the areas of all represented fragments in km² obtained a smaller extension in relation to other thematic classes. The NDVI showed values close to -1 for the areas that develop activities related to grazing and values of -1 for urban areas that stood out in isolated regions along the sub-basin. Moreover, the regions with values of 1 or close to 1, were areas classified as forest.Acesso AbertoSolo - uso – Rondônia (RO)Precipitação (Meteorologia) – JiParaná (RO)CNPQ::CIENCIAS EXATAS E DA TERRA::GEOCIENCIAS::METEOROLOGIAAnálise do uso e ocupação do solo e sua influência na sub-bacia do Ji-ParanáTrabalho de Curso - Graduação - Monografia
