In Limoeiro do Ajuru, Pará, Brazil, fluvial ticket sales are still largely conducted through manual procedures, which may hinder seat availability control, trip organization, and sales recording. In this context, this study aimed to develop SisPassFluvial, a web-based system for the management and commercialization of fluvial tickets. The research is applied in nature, follows a qualitative approach, and adopts incremental software development. The application was developed using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. Its features include user registration and authentication, vessel, route, and trip management, seat availability search, ticket purchasing, Pix payment integration through AbacatePay, receipt issuance with QR Code, customer area, administrative dashboard, and system activity logs. Functional and integration tests conducted by the author in a development environment confirmed the execution of the implemented features and the communication between the main modules. The technical results indicate that SisPassFluvial has the potential to support the digitalization and organization of the fluvial ticket sales process. However, no usability tests were conducted with actual passengers or administrators.
